Redferns of Sidmouth is an independent firm of Chartered Surveyors and Estate Agents. We specialise in the sale and letting of residential property in Sidmouth and the surrounding areas. Redferns has been operating from a number of offices in East Devon and after more than 30 years in the town, Redferns of Sidmouth is the most established estate agent.

Redferns of Sidmouth is a family run business which has been owned by Directors Colin and Jan Moorhouse since 2000. Colin and Jan have lived in the Sidmouth area for over 20 years and have considerable experience in property matters in this area.

Colin Moorhouse who is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, has worked in the property business in the Home Counties and in East Devon for over 35 years. He has considerable local property knowledge and would be happy to advise you with regard to any of your property requirements. Colin is backed by a friendly team who have been picked for their experience and local knowledge and have been trained to facilitate our clients' many requirements.
