We will collect a deposit before a tenancy agreement is signed and will register the deposit under the Tenancy Deposit Scheme with The Dispute Service (TDS). Clients money is protected by the RICS. When you have found a property that is suitable, we will need you to fill in an application form, which can be collected from our office or can be e-mailed to you.
Redferns of Sidmouth is a Regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor and tenants’ deposits are held in a non interest earning Clients Account which is regulated and monitored by the RICS.
